Why not give your mom, and yourself, the ultimate gift this year; an investment in your health? It is the perfect way to knock off your daily workout  while spending quality time with your mom on Mother’s Day!

Join our personal trainer Frida Dahl Durdevic for a 45 minutes Mother´s Day workout that will strengthen both your body and your bond. Frida has put together the perfect partner session where you will be doing most of the exercises together. A fun, full body workout, using only your body weight for strength and cardio. Every exercise will cater to all ages’ need and ability so you can focus on having a great time together.

And because there is no celebration without goodiebags, everyone will leave with a sporty and beautiful IPhone case from Rivia Sports and some delicious and refuelling Barebells protein shakes and puddings.

Best of You is an inspirational lifestyle and wellness platform where we want to encourage and inspire our readers to embrace a happy and healthy lifestyle. It´s run by two passionate spirits; Henriette and Mo and their wonderful team of freelancers.

What we offer is inspiration and tips through our uplifting articles, the opportunity to book sessions and consultations with our wonderful team of yoga instructors, Personal Trainer, Life Coach and certified Nutritionist and organize splendid events in the field of health and wellness.
We believe health is a combination of what we choose to fuel our body and mind with. Health is not just what you eat or how you choose to exercise, but also how you see, talk and perceive yourself. Our goal is to provide you with inspiration and tools to live your life to the best of your ability and love every part of yourself.
In the end, all we want is to be happy, and find the balance to live a long and fulfilled life. As Dalai Lama once said: “Happiness is the highest form of health”, and we couldn’t agree more.
